Dawna Campbell

📍 Hi Dawna. How are you doing?

I am great. And thank you so much for having me here with you today.

Absolutely. Welcome to the show. Love to have you here. So you are. A mindset whisperer. What does that mean?

A mind whisperer. I shared that what I actually do, it has to do with reprogramming the subconscious brain and really how to fine tune your actions, your thoughts, your feelings coming into an alignment process to instantly create.

And because it's working on the brain. Because it is the fastest supercomputer out there. I shared this technique in the media world a couple of years ago. I said, I, we don't know what you said. We're just going to call you a mind whisperer because you reprogram brains. So that's the simple answer. So just like a horse whisperer, just like a dog whisperer, I have the ability to hear what's underneath the thought process to reprogram to get you a result.

Wonderful. Can you give a specific example of the type of clients that you work with the most and something that you come across quite often that you have to overcome?

Yes, absolutely. Clients tend to fall into one of three different categories. They're all business owners, coaches, entrepreneurs, CEOs.

They all come from different walks of life, but the one area that a lot of them fall into are people who are in the healing arts in the metaphysical world in the coaching world and they want to learn a new skill set. So everything that I do, I also teach. So these are the ones that show up for classes because they want to take that and incorporate what they're doing with their own client base.

A second type of client that tends to come are what I call issue based clients. So they come to me for one thing they want to have better. A commonality is I want more money. Why? Because of a lifestyle. And you describe a lifestyle that you want and then eventually they go, Oh, is that why I have this problem with my stomach?

You're like yes, because it's all interconnected, but it's issue based. It's only one or two things. So I might work with them very short term to get the immediate results. But then the third area that I work in is more in a custom VIP sense. And these are the clients that want to really go the extra mile work with you for an entire year.

Part of it is training. Part of it is private consultation and making those changes to really grow and magnify. Everything that they're doing to get high end results. An example of that would be somebody who is in the celebrity world, or that is starting to emerge into the celebrity world and want to go from like a B listed celebrity to an A listed celebrity and have those opportunities.

There's different things that you can do energetically to make changes, not within them, but in the energy world to facilitate that. So they get that result that they're looking

for. How does this work? The idea of working with the subconscious, reprogramming it to be able to get peak performance, high performance, achieve certain things that has, evaded our lives, all our lives, it sounds fascinating.

But what is the underlying process of all of this?

For me, it's a little bit different than what most people say. In the underlying process, it always comes down to energy, vibration, and frequency. And we can go into quantum physics for this, but we're taught athletes will sit down and they will spend time in meditation and visualize what they want their outcome to be.

And eventually that will become their outcome. That's part of the process, but I don't have my clients actually visualize. What I do is I go through a clearing method. So if you came to me, Mark, and said, Hey, I want to change and I want to have more abundance and I want to take my business to the next level and scale.

Okay, awesome. So we would uncover what the emotional frequency is by scaling it and what that would really look like. What would that feel like? And what is the emotional response in the body? But I also want to know, what does it feel like not having it? in this moment. And generally, you're going to describe something to me that is more stressful or worry or pressure, or I just can't break through that glass ceiling.

And then we'll uncover the emotional state, the feeling that was in there. Now, once we uncover the feeling, what we're going to do is we're going to figure out where it's at in the body. Because you're going to know because there's a cellular memory and from that cellular memory, all of our patterns, all of our beliefs, everything stems from childhood from when it first started, usually between the ages of zero and nine.

So we go back to the earliest memory you possibly have when you felt that emotion and we understand the context of what happened. And then from there, we can actually reprogram the subconscious brain because in every moment, every frequency exists. If you have anger, you also have love. If you had sadness, you might have happiness.

If you have stress, there's also peace. It's just that your subconscious got stuck on a loop to only recognize the lower vibration, but all in every moment, every frequency exists. So we reprogram the frequency to the higher frequencies. Now the event doesn't change, but the frequency of the event changes.

And then when you look at that story again at five, this is what happened to me. Your story changed. You tell me a different story. It's a very natural process because we recoded it to a different frequency and you will feel that physiological change. Go through the body. So then when we do our next checkpoint, say it was in your stomach, you know that it changed because the stomach area feels different.

And then when we look at what it's like to scale your business, have more income, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, that changes. And what was stopping you from doing that has been removed. And we put in the programming instructions to enhance it, to bring it into your existence. And then a week, five weeks. A month or two, you're like, huh, I don't know how I got here, but this is pretty darn cool.

And then we forget that we reprogrammed. That's what I usually happens. But so that's the mechanics of the process. Do you visualize a little bit? Do you see what it is? Yes, because I'm getting the emotions and feelings underneath your thought. Cause that's what drives the thought. And it's all how quantum physics works and how we work as an electromagnetic being.

Interesting. So in essence, if I'm having trouble achieving something, going to the next level, there is a subconscious block. And that subconscious block is usually there because of some past experience that I've had, usually as a child. So you are able to interview this person, dig down to the level and understand the specific experiences that have now come Pause this subconscious block and why they're stuck in the loop.

And then you're able to not alter the memory, but how we feel about the memory or the person feels about the memory to be able to unblock this.

Yes.

Oh my God. This is fascinating. It is mind whispering.

It is. It is mind whispering. Yes.

So would we give an example like, we were just talking about content creation before the reporting started, and, I have a lot of clients. Who are afraid of content creation, right? They logically know that they need to put themselves out there. They logically know this is the best form of organic marketing. They tactically are aware of what needs to be done, writing a script, shooting a video, editing a video, posting it.

Emotionally, they are not able to do it. Have you ever experienced a client like that? And if somebody is listening to this podcast, what are some things you can tell them they can do themselves? Maybe just get a little bit of advancement in this. Absolutely.

The first thing that I'm going to say is what's stopping them.

Most often than not is a fear, and that fear can be expressed in a lot of different ways. So it can be fear of not knowing the process. So then that's just a matter of training and learning a skill set. But most often it's a fear. Of what other people will think if I put myself out there. Often we think things like I'm rich and abundant, for example, but deep on the inside, who am I imposter syndrome?

I don't have the confidence. And it's the same thing. Cause it all stems from fear, but we are taught and programmed from a little age to. People please, or, we look for that external validation. We look for the different markers outside that we are on the right track instead of being who we are authentically ourselves.

The people that we truly celebrate in the world, say the Tony Robbins of the world, or it might be the Marissa Piers of the world the Dr. Joe Vitalis of the world. They're doing it a little bit differently and they're putting themselves out there and we all want to be in that realm.

But yet we stop ourselves because of that fear. Fear affects the endocrine system and it affects your adrenals. It's the fight, flight, or freeze and it can cause all kinds of havoc in the body. So what is a tactic or what is a tip that we can use to overcome that? There's a conscious way to overwrite it.

That's a little bit different than what most people say. Most people say there's affirmation. I'm rich and abundant. You have to say that affirmation three to 400 times a day for three to four months. To actually reprogram the subconscious a little shortcut method might only take you five minutes sound good better than three to four months, right?

Is when you identify what that fear is and then ask yourself what is the opposite now We're not going back to a childhood memory. This is more of a band aid approach, but it does work What is the opposite of that fear? What do you really want to feel? I'm gonna feel celebrated So what you're gonna do is you're gonna breathe You For three to five minutes.

And when you breathe in, you're going to breathe in oxygen, all the good things the body needs, and you're going to breathe in celebration. And when you breathe out, you're going to breathe out toxins, all the things the body doesn't need, and you're going to breathe out the fear. So for three to five minutes, set a timer on your phone, breathe in.

Celebration, breathe out, fear, and because you're mentally thinking the word with the breath, you've given your brain something to do. So it'll put you into a deeper state of meditation, it'll alter the brainwave patterns, and you'll go into an alpha, maybe an alpha beta brainwave, and when the timer goes off, you might have an energy of no thought, but what you're going to start to feel and experience is a physiological change in the body, and when you go back to work, you have more focus, you have more clarity, you have more balance.

And then you're like maybe I will try recording something. Maybe I will attempt to do an edit. Maybe I will do a 45 second content video, YouTube short and see what happens. But I think the biggest thing with content creation and putting yourself out there is the fear of other people's reactions instead of just doing it for yourself.

Absolutely. Absolutely. It is. Every single time I talk to a client or a prospect who's struggling with this, it is a hundred percent fear of what are others are going to think of me. Or fear that, Oh, now people are really going to find out. I know nothing, which is like the ultimate form of imposter syndrome, right?

Is it didn't matter that I have 12 degrees and 35 years of doing this, but I truly don't know anything.

And this it's interesting. And I find it so fascinating that you said it, because even as I'm describing this problem, anybody hearing this knows, this is not a logical problem. And a logical problem is coming out of your conscious mind, right?

So if it's a, not a logical problem, we can't work with the conscious mind to be able to overcome it. It only makes sense that it lies somewhere in the subconscious, which you're reprogramming to be able to get that.

And if I was to continue that a little bit, our subconscious is designed to keep us safe.

So I would be willing to bet money that if we were to sit down, there would be something in childhood where you learned that you had to be externally validated, or you were made fun of, or this happened, or a childhood booty bully or. In whatever situation and you learned it wasn't safe for you to communicate your gifts, talents, and abilities to the world because of an outside reaction.

And when that event reprograms, everything else in your life changes,

I'm thinking of a very specific person as I'm channeling this. I am channeling her and she's going to hear this episode and I can tell you in her past. When she was very young, she had a very strict teacher who was very good at helping her understand that she's just never going to be good enough, right?

And I think that has stuck with her and that has caused that fear of putting herself out there. So what would you say to her if we had to carry this conversation?

What I would actually say with her is not only, shifting that issue and changing it because you are good enough, that.

By not thinking that you're good enough, that you, when you don't feel value, what valued, when you don't feel appreciated, when you think you're not worthy, all of those things on a soul level, a hundred percent of the time, it's affecting your financial abundance because in the financial planning world, which is where my background is in, we would say things like, here's your network, your portfolio value is your assets appreciated.

Oh, do you have enough money to fund your goal? If you're not in the not good enough category. You don't have the funding or your goal. So it's a very symbiotic relationship because money is an energy that's outside of you to who you are energetically on the inside. And when we shift and change that on a soul level and that experience, maybe that really strict teacher, it only takes one, then everything else in your money supply, the financial world starts shifting and changing.

Oh, and guess what bonus the universe is all. So it's going to make your relationships better. You're going to have better health because it returns on all levels because it's based on vibration and frequency.

Absolutely. So are there things that, these exercises, they're doing it every day.

They're feeling good in the moment. Maybe they're getting a physiological response and they're able to carry out the task that is stopping them. Are there other things that they should be doing during the day to keep the momentum going? Because. In the beginning, this would fade, right? Maybe you feel a surge of energy.

Maybe it's the excitement. Maybe what it is. But then, real life steps in. Maybe you have a partner who just, is a negative Nancy. Maybe you have in laws or parents or friends, who are constantly putting doubt and that's feeding that subconscious feeling of, oh my gosh, yeah, this is not possible.

What other things could a person do during the day to keep that energy going?

Okay. If you were to work with me and we would reprogram, that reprogramming is permanent. So it's not like you have to do anything throughout the day. It happens naturally because we're resonating here at one level, say self doubt.

And then when we change it on a frequency level, you're up here in confidence. Sometimes we might go down to self doubt for a different issue, but most of the time we're up here in confidence. So this self doubt just doesn't creep back in. So you don't technically have to do anything. The other thing that happens when you permanently reprogram something, the people in your life, May shift or change.

So if you're in that partnership, that partner is either going to shift and change upward with you because you're sharing in DNA, you're sharing in energy space, or sometimes they shift out and somebody else new comes in. Now that's a little scary. If you're in a married relationship, that sort of thing.

Most of the time they shift up with you. 90 percent of the time, unless it's like in a case of abuse or something like that, where you really should probably not be involved in that. Parents, things like that, your friends might shift and change in that. Now, if you're doing the conscious I feel stressed and now I want to have peace type of moment with that breathing exercise I shared.

What you can do to keep that energy going to keep your vibration up until you do permanent reprogramming. is I would say set a timer on your phone for two hours and 17 minutes from the time that you're at now. So it goes off at some random time. And when that timer goes off, what you're going to do is you are going to turn off the timer, but stop and assess how you feel because creating awareness is the very first step.

It's discovering. what you're feeling. Most of us are not tuned into our feelings or what's happening on the inside. We just go on about our day because we are programmed to keep working, working, action, putting out masculine energy. And this is stopping and taking a moment to assess how you truly feel.

So we're going to discover, then we're going to identify what the feeling or emotion is. So when you say, Oh, I'm stuck. No, the feeling and emotion is stuck. Oh, I'm okay. What does okay feel like? Oh, I'm good. Feeling good feels different to you than it feels to me. So if I had to feel good, what would that be?

So you're going to identify the emotion and make sure it's a feeling or emotion. The third thing we're going to do is release it. And then we're going to transform it. So when you release it, say it's the energy of. Stress and chaos, ask yourself the opposite piece is probably what the opposite of that is.

And then you're going to do that breathing exercise that I mentioned earlier. and just follow through. And then when you're done, you're going to reset your timer for another two hours and 17 minutes from the time that you're in when you finish, and it'll go off again. But what you're doing is you're creating an environment where you're constantly checking in with yourself to discover the feeling, because when you discover, identify, release, and transform, what you're really doing is taking out the dirt, Clearing the dirt, releasing the dirt that's holding us back from creating and being in an energetic flow.

Discover, identify, release, and then?

Transform.

Transform. I love it.

How's that dirt?

Yeah, how's that dirt? So two things. Number one so basically what you said, this reprogramming is more like an event instead of a process. It is a one time thing. So if someone were to hire you and. Yeah need your services.

It would be a one time event and then that would be it

That would be like an issue based client We would meet actually three full times because we follow up each week So we will do the initial change. We clear the stuff in the past, and then we meet 7 to 10 days later again, all done on the phone. And I want to see what the changes are and to make sure that we're getting the results that we're getting in the present moment.

And then usually, by the time we meet a 3rd time, we double check, making sure we're still getting the results because everything is multifaceted. We might have 5 events tied to 1 emotion that might take a little bit more time. And then we look at the future. We start programming the future today because we don't wanna wait two months or five months or two years for what we want.

We want it yesterday. So we program it into the present so it starts happening because anytime we take something out and put in a new higher frequency, we have to give the subconscious brain new instructions to create so it doesn't create, recreate an old. Pattern. So if it's an issue, this thing I'll meet three times.

What I love doing with my clients, of course, is meeting with them weekly, doing private intensives and all of that, and working with them throughout the year, because of the return that you get from the investment greatly magnifies the more you do it. So the clients that have worked with me throughout the years, they're getting 45 to 48 percent ROI on their investment with me and their income increasing versus somebody who might only get a couple of percentages.

So how did you get into all of this? Cause you said in your previous life, you were working in the financial world. What caused you to get into all of this?

So I was a financial advisor and managing principal of an investment firm. And at that time I was responsible for 500 million of other people's money.

So half a billion. And actually that was a lot of money back in the nineties, early two thousands. Honestly. What happened for me was, There was a lot of stress, a lot of worry, a lot of pressure. I have four offices in three states and I was responsible for a lot. I was married for a few years. I had my first child and a period of time I went through, I wasn't able to digest food.

And I spent two years with Western medicine to uncover what was wrong with me. And every week I had, please come back. I spent 35 out of 40 days in the ER in the hospital, still working my job because if I didn't sign the orders. Nobody got paid. And then if I did sign the orders and a client complained, it was my signature.

So I was the one responsible for the trade, not the firm. So that's a lot of stress to have on somebody. So when that surfaced, I changed to natural medicine. I found a person who did energy healing, who was a naturopathic doctor and my stomach lining started repairing, but she said in Chinese medicine, this is the introduction that I had to beliefs and energy.

Because I couldn't digest food on the inside, there was something in the outside of my life that I couldn't digest. And she said, don't go looking for it. It'll surface naturally. Three months later it did. And I learned of the infidelity of my marriage. And because my husband at the time was unfaithful, I left the marriage with my two small children.

And then I started looking at myself, starting assessing myself because I had what, I was what was common in all of those situations. And so I moved to an ashram. It was a spiritual living community and I spent a year sabbatical. And this was a year or two later. I was dating this one person. They moved out with me.

They attempted to take my life through strangulation and And so when that resolved itself, I moved out, moved on, and I moved back to the hometown where I was at. My firm did not reinstate my employment. It was during the global recession. And so then I was left, I financially devastated raising two small kids.

Pretty much on my own. So all of those things happen within a four to a five year period. So talk about the initiations and a dark night of the soul. I learned you're your own first client. So how did I transition from being a financial advisor to, and a managing principal to I'm going to be a healer.

When that day happened and that person almost took my life, I made a promise to God's spirit, the universe, that if my children and I were kept safe, I would dedicate my life to this healing world. And I've been fulfilling that promise ever since the universe hears you. It doesn't let you out of a promise like that.

And I was already a Reiki master by that time and things just unfolded to where I'm at today because I really have this passion about helping other people, creating the world a better place, lifting everybody up in vibration. And because you are, we are truly designed to live the life. Of abundance and of prosperity and in the way you choose to live it.

So that's a little bit about the pathway there. I was my own first client. I had to do and work on all three of those areas, my own health, my own relationships, my own financial situation. So you have firsthand experience and you can completely relate when you're working with someone.

I gosh. Every step of that story, I thought this is bad.

And then something else came along and then I was like the last,

it

makes sense because when I sit here and when I talk to you and when I look at you in the eye, you have a level of strength, you have a level of calmness. You have an energy that just cannot be attained by reading a book or two. You are a person who has lived a life.

And what you're teaching isn't just about business. It is truly about changing lives. And that is apparent not only through the way you carry yourself and you present your information, because I do this all the time. I talk to people all the time who are coaches and masters. The way you present the information shows passion.

And now I truly understand where it's coming from, a promise that you made to the universe as a mother of two little kids, that if I can be safe and my children can be safe, I will dedicate the rest of my life to spreading this information. I have goosebumps. Give me goosebumps. And it's pretty hot in Texas right now.

Find clients who are getting in their own way this process?

What

does that look like?

When you get in the own way of your process, it's when you start giving yourself excuses. Or you say I can't because, or this person, and you excerpt into this person. Blame, for example and it's when you start looking outside instead of going inside and excuses are really interesting because we want to justify and have judgment.

And then we get into criticism, but all of those things are internal. So even with judgment, there's two types of judgment. One is observational judgment and one is critical judgment. Observational judgment is you have on a red shirt. I have on a blue shirt when it gets critical judgment. It's whether or not I like the shade of that red, or I like, and.

Or don't like the shade of blue. I have on whether you like it or you don't. There's a criticism in there, even if it's a positive criticism, because that's when we're applying a judgment to it. So that's when we get into our own way. But I'm going to have to say that probably the number 1 thing is an excuse to justify in a behavior.

And if you're working with me and you say something like that. I'll let you know. I'll call you out on it. But it's it sounds something like this. Let me see if I can come up with an example. Yeah, I would be happy to do that, except here's the five reasons why I can't, and you're like excuse, and excuse.

At what point do you realize something is more of a reason than an excuse? I'm sure, there are so many people that you probably work with who have deep traumas, especially when you're going back to the childhood age. Some people have lived some people have had things done to them that they really didn't deserve.

And they have carried it around with them their entire

lives.

And while they logically understand that carrying the trauma around like a backpack, It's just weighing them down and slowing them down. It has become a part of their identity, right?

Yes.

Logically, we understand they are using it as an excuse, but to them, it is a reason.

How do you maneuver that area?

So first of all understanding that carrying that trauma around with you as an identity keeps you locked into a box. And it might be a victim mentality. It might be the victim archetype, but the only person that's being hurt by carrying that around with you. is yourself, because whatever you felt from it, now, remember the subconscious is designed to keep you safe.

So we carry that around. We carry the regret or we carry the experience so we don't repeat it in the future, but we can program. So we don't repeat in the future without carrying the regret or the trauma or the situation. And the easiest way to do that is to really talk about the energy of forgiveness, but it's, it has nothing to do With the other person who may have violated you.

For example, it has everything to do with the emotions that you're feeding yourself. So forgiveness is for giving yourself a pure unconditional love energy and releasing the energy that you feel with the trauma, such as anger or betrayal or loneliness. Because when you feel those things, you're feeling, you're feeding yourself that emotion internally.

And that's what's causing the physical part of the body. And then that's what's stopping you from creating all the other things that you want to create. But when you go into that energy of self forgiveness, because you didn't do anything wrong, you can restore yourself back to a purity, back to an innocence, back to that childlike awe and wonder.

And you get to move forward with your life because you don't need the trauma anymore. You don't need to keep reliving it. You get to move forward. in a safe environment, in a higher vibration. And the more you increase your vibration and frequency, the more safe and protected you are. And you don't attract situations to you that may harm you or repeat because your energy is always attracting back to you the frequency that you're in.

And if you're in the, those lower frequencies, you're Or a victim frequency, because you think you're going to stay safe, you're going to attract more of that. But if we change it to a higher frequency, and we're safe, we're protected, we're loved, we're in awe, you're going to attract those things to you, not the person that's going to come over and harm you.

Almost like the energy you're putting out is just attracting more of that. So you're putting out more victim energy, you're attracting more of that. I know it's a very personal thing, so But I want to ask when you were your first client and when you were looking at the tragedies that were just happening in your life in a four to five year period, what was the block?

What was the thing that was causing you to attract this unfortunate things?

There's always a silver lining gift in everything. And when my life was almost taken and it was probably about five years ago, five, six years ago, we learn in layers. What I realized was. The silver lining gift was that I was worthy to live.

And if I'm really to live worthy to live, I'm going to live my life abundantly and prosperously. And that person who did that because of the energy he was continually putting out, eventually ended up with brain cancer and crossed over and knowing about what I know about cancer today, that from the time he was diagnosed, when I read through the obituary that synchronistically popped up in social media, where.

Nothing had ever popped up before. And I went back the five years before it was right at the time our relationship ended. So no, I'm not responsible for that. It was their choice. It was the energy of resentment that they were living in that I experienced to why and what happened in the way it had. So it gave me understanding, it gave me compassion, but that person's no longer here on this earth plane.

But I am, so I get to live abundantly and prosperously because I am worthy to live here. So what was really the big block between that when I started looking at all of that and why I attracted these things? I chose to be born into a family where I had very, a very angry mother. And I thought that was normal and I didn't realize all the anger I had always packed with me.

And I remember a time when I was like two or three standing in front of my mom, wondering why she was so angry. And I saw energetically how I was responsible for my side of the equation. Even at the age of two, age of three, I was responsible for my choices, my feelings, my, although I didn't, we say, we don't know.

We do on a subconscious level. We know before we come here. And I saw all of that and saw how I grew up and I felt the energy of forgiveness coming in, not only for myself, but also for my mom. And from that point forward, cause we were like oil and water. I had complete forgiveness. There was no energy holding over to me.

And I asked myself, why did I have to live? in this way, have all of these experiences all of these things in this way. And I heard intuitively that I signed up for the life that I signed up. So I didn't have to come back for the next five or six lifetimes to experience all of that. I chose a fast track.

And now that I'm here, I can do it differently. And I resolved a lot of karma. And so you have to believe in an energy that is. Greater than you that you're in eternal soul and an eternal being you're just here in this lifetime in this physical body. And once I had that understanding, everything in my life started to shift and change because I saw how I was responsible for my own creations.

And then I had a part in every single thing. And even though somebody may have responded in a certain way, I chose how I wanted to feel. I chose how I wanted to respond back, even if it was a subconscious response to how we were taught. So there's four areas where we hold our beliefs and our energies.

One is our direct experiences, our day to day life from the moment that we're born to the moment we're in now. The second area is on a genetic DNA level, because our DNA comes with our environment. Blueprint instruction manual handed down from generation to generation. So things that you're playing out in this lifetime might have been from a family member who learned a lesson.

And that's the whole study of epigenetics. The third area is what I call the history or the social conditioning. Our media, our newspapers all of the noise around this, the music we listen to, the TV shows we watch, that all conditions us to believe and act and respond in a certain way. And then the last level is on the soul level.

So what was stopping me? Things on a soul level. This is the dream time or the life in between lives, or you as an energy frequency without a physical body.

Wow. The idea of, and correct me if I'm not saying it right, or I didn't understand. The idea of accepting responsibility for certain things seems to be the most empowering thing in this process.

Would you agree?

Yes, because once you know that you have the responsibility and you chose to react or respond in a certain way, you are then empowered to change it or make it better.

So that is amazing, awesome, and it's like how I live my life. But I also know people who are on the other side of the spectrum in terms of they have trouble with things like they feel like everything is their mistake.

Perhaps they had some parents or teacher or some way they were brought up, everything was always their fault. They are married to a spouse who's constantly pointing out your fault. And they have just become this person that just startles at everything. And accepts blame for absolutely everything.

Like the cloud could be misshapen and they would think I made that happen, right? How do you work with a person like that and help them understand the responsibility aspect of things, but also knowing that this is the type of person who blames themselves for everything. How do you balance that?

So you already said the answer to your question, and it was I believe I'm a mistake.

Did their parents think that it was a mistake to have a child? Did they feel unwanted? Did they come out being the gender that the parent didn't want and wanted the other gender? So what was it in those early days that allowed them to feel? Like it was a mistake and then we would uncover that process.

We would do the transformation work, but here's the other side. They learn to accept blame for everything because it was their safety coping mechanism that kept them safe and alive. Because if they didn't, something harmful may have happened to them. So we got to reprogram and reteach them that they may not be to blame or the misc shaped cloud.

Because the cloud has its own responsibility for being that shape. It had nothing to do with you. So there's some reprogramming things there to do as well. With it. And there was a third point there. It totally escapes me, but but yeah, there's some reprogramming. I'm a mistake. No, you weren't. Oh, here it is.

You're not a mistake because that of all of the infinite possibilities out of all of the potential eggs, out of all the potential sperms, out of all the infinite possibilities of what could have created the universe created you. So you were meant to be here. So you're a divine child. You're made out of.

a divine, pure energy. And if you weren't meant to be here, if you were truly a mistake, somebody else would be in your place. So it's a restructuring or a new understanding of who you are and really what you're meant to be in this world. You were just conditioned to believe you are a mistake. And what I would do is I would uncondition that and recondition you to empower you for you to know that.

You are a divine child of this universe and you have great things to do, but that belief serves them. So once they learn what that silver lining gift is, they can use it to empower and be of service to the rest of the people in the world.

Yeah, this idea, it's very interesting and I never thought about it this way.

Whatever belief systems we are holding onto as ugly as they may be, they are serving us in certain manner. So understanding, saying that I am this way. Because of a certain experience. I think it's amazing that you just pointed out, yeah, certain things happened in the past, but we're holding on to them because it's serving us a certain way.

And perhaps reframing that, having them look at it a different way, and then reprogramming the mind, the subconscious, to be able to let go of that. Because they're holding on to it because they think that if they let go of it, something will be lost. But I guess in a way you're showing that something will be gained.

Lots to be gained. Thank you.

Lots to be gained. Amazing. If I am listening to this and I'm like, oh wow, the online is amazing. I wish there's something else I could do on my own. I know you showed the breathwork exercise. Are there any questions that I should be thinking about? Maybe we could role play.

Maybe I could be a like a person that's counseling with you so that just so that the listeners can understand how the process works like, because I'm sure they want to know a little bit more about how this actually works.

Yeah, absolutely. We can give them an experience. And what I'm going to say here is when we get to a couple of your answers, if When we're ready to ask for the change, which sounds like, would you like this free from and without that?

And you verbally say, yes. Then if you were listening to this, if that's a change that you want, because you resonate to the energy, all you have to do is also say yes. And then that reprogramming for you will also start, might have a different impact. But so don't be doing this while you're driving or anything like that, but when you have that moment and you can say, yes, I would rather have this, that will also facilitate to you too, because of how quantum mechanics and quantum physics works.

All right. So if you're, are you ready?

I am ready and I'm excited.

What's one thing you want to change or have better in your life?

Better balance. I think I'm a very imbalanced person. I have a tendency to get hyper focused on things and other things blur out. Okay. And I spend a considerable amount of time hyper focusing, and when those blurred objects become clear, I'm like, oh my god, I can't believe I just missed out on this opportunity to spend this time with my family or friends or other responsibilities that I've had.

Perfect. The first thing I'm going to say is balance is not always equal. So remember that. Sometimes when we think balance is 50 50 or 25 It never works out that way. So know that it doesn't mean equal. So when you are completely in balance and you're paying attention to everything and it, there's this effortless flow, what does that feel like to you?

Sense of calm and peace. I think now I'm more anxious because in the back of my mind, I know that there's other things that I should be paying attention to that I'm not. And I miss that feeling of calm and peace. Perhaps even control.

Yeah, control is an interesting rabbit hole. You already said the answer part of the answer to the next question.

What does it feel like when you are not in balance and you said anxious? So what does anxiousness feel like to you?

It's like this neck pain that is always there. It's not painful enough for you to do something about it, but the pain is always there lingering. It's just that annoying little pain, it does. It makes you feel uneasy. It doesn't make you like, yeah,

you are like one question I had every single time. So anxiousness, the location is in the neck. Oh, as pain because that's the next question. Where do you feel the anxiousness out of the body? It's in the neck shoulder area for you. When was the first time you remember feeling anxious?

That anxiousness, that neck pain, the burden, the heaviness on top of everything. The first time you can remember, might have been really little, go back to childhood and tell me the first time you remember feeling that sensation.

This, if I'm comparing this level of stress and anxiety, I think it was when I was 18 when I came to the U.

S. Before that, I had stress and anxiety, but nothing like this.

It just magnified because it hasn't been addressed yet. So before 18, when did you remember feeling the stress and anxiety?

Before 18, right before that would be probably in the fifth grade. The education system I was going through, when you go from the fifth grade to sixth grade, you get separated into science, commerce, and arts.

And I always wanted to be in the sciences. Okay. And your grades dictate what you end up in. You don't have a choice to choose. So there was a lot of stress that am I good enough? Am I going to be able to get in? What's going to happen if I don't get in? Fifth grade, I think before 18, this was the one.

Yeah.

Okay. So in fifth grade, you were what? Nine, 10. So we're back into the early ages of childhood, which is where we want to be. So you wanted to be in the sciences. Where were you?

I did end up in the sciences.

You did, but there was a lot of stress around this. So describe the process that you went through in fifth grade, trying to make it into the sciences.

Hyper focus just starting as much as I could being the best I could absorbing as much as I could taking a lot of mock exams just whatever was the criteria to get in mastering the criteria, cause I had to get in.

And what, but then

also, what was that? Sorry.

Oh, go ahead.

Oh, but then also a lot of hope and prayer because you're like, is it going to happen?

So again, the lack of control.

And then there was doubt, the what ifs in there. So when was the time before fifth grade that you did, you doubted yourself?

Before the fifth grade when I doubted myself, I don't remember doubts like this. Yeah.

If you did remember, what story would you tell me? Because the doubt is what's underneath. The stress and anxiety. That's the subconscious energy.

I was born out of an interracial marriage and when I was born, my parents had fallen in love, they ran away, and both sides of the family kicked them out, right?

Because I was born out of an interracial marriage especially in the very beginning years my mother had to feel a lot of porn and sarcasm, and, I was looked at like a product that shouldn't exist. My mother almost had humongous hopes and dreams for me, like the day I was born, because I was like we'll show them kind of thing.

So perhaps if we are going there, then, there was always the lingering stress of is there something wrong with me? Because I was too young to know, what are people talking about? Am I going to make it? Am I not going to make it? What does it even mean to make it?

I might jump because I'm born off an interracial marriage.

So here's two things. One, you've had direct experiences of this pattern being created, but the pattern you were born into, because that was the pattern your mom was in. So then there's the genetics. stepping in, being passed down. So some of it's not even yours, but it was the pattern you were given to live out.

So instead there's other things we could be doing. That's not part of the context of this conversation of how to reprogram. That's more in the healing work of things that we can do to take out the generational patterns and things like that. But just to demonstrate the reprogramming side of it, knowing that the pattern was handed down to you, you're learning something from that.

So what do you think you needed being born with interracial parents, not the self doubt, not the stress, not, am I good enough? Am I a product that shouldn't be here? What did you really need for you to experience

when I was young? I think the feeling of being accepted, I exist and therefore I exist.

So what does acceptance feel like

at that age?

I guess acceptance would feel like feeling normal, like everybody else.

And if you felt like everybody else, what do you think that would give you?

Just a feeling of normalcy. I didn't grow up with grandparents. After a while, my mother's mother, my grandmother would hide from her husband and meet my mom at a coffee shop.

And I was very little. And I used to think grandma lives in a coffee shop, because that's where we go to see grandma. And then I would go to school and everybody would be talking about their grandparents and doing this and doing that. I never had those experiences. Transcribed And, it was layers and layers of growing up that I realized, oh, okay, in connecting the dots as to realizing that, oh, okay, this is the reason.

So I guess to answer your question of being accepted or feeling accepted would mean just feeling normalcy, like being able to be part of conversations that I understood. I didn't understand what the other kids were saying when they said they went to grandparents and did the XYZ. I don't know what that means.

So if you had the feeling of normalcy, the growing up with the grandparents, everything looked like everybody else, close your eyes for a second. What does that really feel like to you? You're accepted. You have this great big, huge grand family.

Feeling of happiness.

And what do you do when you're happy?

What do I do when I'm happy?

Yeah.

I carry a specific energy around me. When I'm happy, I don't know, I'm bright and everybody else around me is very happy.

Okay. Thanks All right, go ahead and open your eyes. Here's the other underlying undercurrent underneath the doubt because of the culture and the family that you grew up in and grandma was sneaking to see you at a coffee shop.

There's an energy and underlying energy of the family was ashamed because you were full blood. You were born of an interracial marriage. But so that's also an energy there that needs to shift and change as well, because you've carried that piece. It's not yours, but it was coded in you because of how you grew up.

So would you like to know what it feels like to be accepted and energetically right with happiness, free from and without feeling ashamed, having self doubt or anxious stress. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yep. I'm watching this transition for you. Go ahead and take a big breath in through your nose, out through your mouth.

Go ahead and take one more big breath.

And then what we do is we go back to a couple of those checkpoints. There's more work to be done. More layers. Usually doing this type of work I'm an hour and a half to two hours because there's multiple layers and multiple things that we're looking at here. But for the basis. We're bringing in the energy of the happiness, that bright energy, because we're accepted in all areas of our life and everything that was less than, we just don't need it anymore.

It's not ours.

And when you go back to your childhood, fifth grade, what does that look like and feel like to you now? A

little less stressed. What's there instead?

Knowing,

knowing that I'll get into the sciences.

And how does that feel? Peaceful. No, there might be a little bit more. Yeah. And happy. There might be a little bit more around that timeframe to shift and change. It's a process when you sleep at night, you go through a sleep cycle. And that's when the subconscious is still giving more instructions to the physical body because the consciousness is turned off.

So this reprogramming takes time. Through sleep and some other things, but you're already saying a different story than what you originally said at AJT. You come over to the U S what does that look like and feel like to you now?

I feel more confident and

we didn't dive into those energies at that time. And we didn't ask for the story that was around it. But you already see and sense and know that it shifted because we changed something before that. So the reprogramming, when we go back to the earliest point in those earliest memories, changes everything that point forward throughout the entire life, because it goes forwards and backwards.

How does the neck area feel? I

forgot about the neck area. Yeah.

So those are all checkpoints to make sure that we're on track and that things have reprograms because you're seeing it from a different point of view, a different perspective and the energy shifts and changes. If there was still a little bit more neck pain, we'd uncover what that emotion or that frequency is.

And we would repeat the process to make sure everything is cleared out a hundred percent. So it's instant transformation. Instant change, it happens in the moments and by going through those checkpoints and saying, reiterating the story, it's completely different because the rewiring is happening and the physiological change is taking place and therefore it already changed.

It's permanent. And because there was a witness wherever two or more are gathered, there I am. It's a permanent transformation.

That's how it works.

Great. It's wonderful. This is quite an experience. I will tell you that I've never experienced this

before. No, I bet not. And you might have more balance tomorrow. not equal, but you might have more balance. , yes. You might be paying attention and it might not be blurry on the outside 'cause you're hyper-focused here, which serves you in a different way.

'cause I bet you can sit down and achieve in a very short amount of time. So it works that way because you're not being distracted by all of the other things around you and you're. Beating yourself up because you're not distracted by this over here when you think you should be paying attention, but set a timer, stop, check yourself.

And instead of you asking yourself what the emotions and feelings are on the inside, check your surroundings to see if there's something you need to pay attention to. And that might create, that will create that internal external balance for you.

No, I need it, especially tonight, because tomorrow I'm going to Ireland to shoot a television show and it's 7:40 PM and just to talk about balance, I have no idea what time my flight is.

I have not acted on any of that. ,

I'll sleep on the plane. ?

Yeah. My wife knocked on the door a little bit ago and she was like, are you, how are you not stressed about this? I'm stressed for, you'll I will be stressed. After I'm done with my last call,

there's no more stress. There

you go.

I do feel good right now, so no Dawna. I talk to a lot of people. I meet a lot of people. I'm lucky to be in a role in a job, in a business, in a capacity that brings me close to talented individual who have dedicated their lives to a craft. But I must say that you are very special.

And it's not just because of the knowledge you carry within you. It's because of the energy you bring to the call. And there is something about your demeanor. That is that's just right. And you just light other people up. This was the last call of my week and wouldn't have ended on a better note

for

everybody that is listening to this podcast.

If it's resonating with any of this, I am going to put all the contact information for Dawna out there. Hopefully you were able to see how she works, not only at an intellectual level, but also how she practices it. Please connect with her. She's a person who is truly a giver and she's here to give whatever you're ready to receive.

Thank you so much for being on the show.

Thank you for having me so much, Mark. It's been a pleasure.

Same here. Thank you
